Women's
empowerment means the ability to make their own choices. As we have seen, men
can take their own decisions and choices, but women can’t do this. Why? What is
the reason? First, women’s are allowing them to make their choices. The second
important reason is financial independence. Every woman in this world has
hidden talent and skills. Women’s are not giving attention and importance to
their talent and skills. Sometimes she knows their ability and talent, but she
is not able to give them the time to grab the opportunity because of household
work and taking care of their child. Every woman’s should try to be financially
independent. They should start earning; it may be some small amount, but at
least they should start, whether it is big or small businesses. Sometimes
women’s feels that we don’t need any kind of earning; we are living a good
life. Even though they should earn and start something business or job. Women’s
should have their own separate identity. Some women’s thought that they don’t
have time to do something or earn something even if she is capable of doing it
and has good talent and knowledge. They must give some time to develop their
talent and be financially independent. She feels that I don’t have time, I have
to do household work, taking care of children, preparing food, and all that
work. Then, never ever a day comes into life that we will not have all that
responsibility. At the end, we will lose our identity as just household work.
So, spare some time out of day to create something for you only. That will give
you inner satisfaction and confidence. You are not just doing household work.
Now
a days, many social media platforms are available for promoting your work and
talent. Women should use that platform to promote their talent. Every woman
must create her own separate identity. If she starts earning, then she will be
able to take her decisions and can make an independent identity. She must start
something. Every woman must have their own identity other than the wife, mother,
sister, sister in law, daughter. Every woman creates identity, that day there will be gender equality. She starts…
